The systems are capable of processing a wide range of plastic materials with varying levels of contamination including extremely heavy contamination such as oil based substances and agricultural waste.
The output material can be applied for granulation, blow molding and blowing injection. The whole production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy consumption.

Specification : The production line is mainly composed of Plastic Film Shredder/ Plastic Film Granulator, Friction
Washer, Sink Floating Tank, Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer, Squeezer or Squeezer & Agglomerator. The whole
production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy consumption.
Output Type : Material will be processed by crushing, washing, dewatering, drying. The humidity of final output could be within 5-10%.

3. Friction lifter machine
1. This machine can be used to remove the heavy dust from the film by dry friction, or connect with water spraying as friction washer.
2. The bearing will be installed out of the chamber, so that the water can not go into the bearing easily, then The bearing life can be longer.
3. The bottom parts with screen mesh to take out dirty as more as possible

This machine is mainly used to separate and wash away the dirty from plastic PP PE scraps.

High Speed rotating with friction, can remove paper label and other dirty from the film surface with water spraying as a friction washer.
If no water spraying then it can be used as a dewatering machine to fast remove the water by high speed rotation.

6. Hot air drying system
With Heated air blowing, this machine can dry the film scraps with balance moisture 2%-3%

7.Plastic Squeezer Machine
This machine can help to save above dewater machine+Hot air drying system, will help you to save a lot of electricity cost. It can be 2 different type as below.
Normal Suqeezer dewatering machine
Final product After this machine is PP PE clean film scraps 40-60mm size, can achieve the balance moisture content less than 10%, and can coordinate with the Wet film pelletizing machine
Squeezer compactor granulator machine
Squeezing while with heating function, die face cutting, final product after this machine is Semi-plasticized and shrinked film granules, can achieve the balance moisture content less than 3%.
